David and Angie were real life savers for my niece who has special needs. They were responsive to our calls and questions. I new I could not do it and when I found them and talked with them, I knew I had found the right team. David and his team arrived on time and worked so hard to restore her apartment to a clean safe environment for her to live in. My niece was treated with kindness and respect and participated in the decisions on what to keep and what to throw away. I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bio-One. I was in a crisis situation and I needed assistance quickly. I called Angie at 1:15PM on a Saturday afternoon and she met me at 2:30PM at the location I needed cleaned. The team was absolutely amazing and put me so at ease. The job the team did was so fantastic that because the work they did, we were able prevent the occupant of the apartment from being evicted. Without the help of Bio-One, this person would have lost their home. I would definitely give Bio-One a 10 out of 10 rating. Their compassion and patience was exactly the help I needed. If I ever found I need to hire someone for a difficult job again, Bio-One would be the first company I would call without hesitation!

Angie, David, Megan & Robert are absolutely amazing people!! The service they provided was not just 'cleaning up a mess,' they are genuinely caring people, who understand the difficult positions families may be put in. Not only did they tackle the dirty job, but they were also a support group for us! The care and attention we received was an unexpected experience and very much appreciated during a very difficult time for our family. Angie and David took the time to problem-solve and help with resources for a family member living in Northern WI. They offered to (literally) go out of their way to set up a cleaning if another company was not available.
