From the moment I got the return call from Angie at Bio-One, I knew that this was going to be a different experience--one that was less about "business as usual" and more about what I needed as a human being. The people are stellar. Professional of course but also very compassionate and understanding. They handled our needs step by step with clarity, kindness, fairness, and went above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough.

Angie, David and their team were incredible and helped us out immediately when we were in great need and on a very tight time schedule. They offer so many helpful services and were able to meet all of our needs the next day. They were kind, compassionate, caring, discrete and very good communicators. Bio-one provided a first- class service on short notice in a pinch. They walked the job with me within a couple of hours of first contact and were on the job the next day (I’m sure I was lucky in that regard). Their cleaners were cheerful, flexible, and empathetic. Good folks!

From clearing out an overwhelmingly cluttered and filthy trailer home that required a dumpster, to deep cleaning a trailer that had been neglected with 14 cats (no little boxes), food, dirty clothes and garbage thrown about. What sets them apart is their empathy and understanding. When faced with that cat-inhabited trailer, they didn’t just clean the unimaginable mess – they helped me cope with the emotional distress of witnessing such conditions. They treated the occupant with respect, never looking down on him. Time and again, I’ve been amazed by their willingness to take on any job, no matter how challenging.
